Snowsports Resorts

We visit some of these resorts each year, as we try to give a bit variety, along with the much loved favourites.

Lautebrunnen

Lauterbrunnen is a village in the heart of the Alps, with spectacular scenery. Our traditional creaky chalet is full of character, very welcoming and has plenty of hot water in the showers. We take the train or cable car up to the ski slopes, giving easy access to a variety of areas with views of the famous Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau.

Adelboden

Adelboden has a large ski region easily accessible to all abilities. The Ferienhaus “Albo”  is just a five minute walk from the uplift which takes you straight to the slopes. When there is enough snow, it is possible to ski all the way back to the house, which makes for a satisfying end to the day.

Saas

We love the Saas area and are now stay in either Haus Granit or Bergdohle. A local ski bus that offers links to Saas Fee and Saas Grund, mean our holidays in the Saas valley are always full of adventure and long ski days!
